We are still shipping worldwide and are working hard to ensure timely deliveries.

We are still able to provide worldwide orders and shipments to all of our territories through our trusted courier services, however please note that due to the ongoing situation orders may take a little longer to arrive than usual.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL UK ORDERS
Domestic orders are dispatched using a trusted tracked delivery service from our head office, once the order has been placed and processed. Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. Every order will be processed as quickly as possible, but during busy periods delivery may take up to 7 working days. Tracking information for your order will be included within a confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.


FREE SHIPPING ON INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
The shipping method we use to send your item(s) varies depending your location. We use a range of trusted courier services and always assure tracking so that your order can be traced with the order number we will send to you in an email after dispatch. Orders for delivery outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your delivery country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If you need further information about this, please contact your local customs office as customs policies vary widely from country to country. In the event that you return an item, the import duties will be refunded if they were originally included in the purchase price. If they were not included, then you will responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local customs office. We do not take responsibility for lost packages. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Product(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.


RETURN GUIDELINES

We hope you like your GeeGee Collection order, but if for any reason you wish to return it, we can issue you an exchange or refund provided the guidelines listed below are followed. Regretfully this excludes items from our 'Bespoke' service.

Please contact us by email at contact@geegeecollection.com quoting your order number and reason for return.

 

ONLINE RETURNS - UK & EU

Item/s must be returned within 20 days of you receiving them. They must be in the original condition, with all tags remaining in place and in the original packaging. We cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. We do not cover the cost of shipping for return items. It is strongly advised that a secure, insured and tracked delivery service is used as we cannot accept liability for any items not received. Upon receipt of the returned item/s we will be able to issue the refund within 3 working days. Please note that returns can only be made to the card used to purchase the order and it can take 30 working days to show up in your account- this is beyond our control. Returns from the EU must be clearly marked upon your return invoice "Returned goods - No commercial value". Failing to do this may incur taxes, which will be the customer's responsibility to pay to your shipper.

 

ONLINE RETURNS - INTERNATIONAL

We cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. We do not cover the cost of shipping for return items. It is strongly advised that a secure, insured and tracked service is used as we cannot accept liability for any items not received. Upon receipt of the returned item/s we will be able to issue a refund within 7 working days. Please note that returns can only be made to the card used to purchase the order and it can take 30 working days to show up in your account- this is beyond our control. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed. International returns must be clearly marked on your return invoice “Returned goods – No commercial value”. Failing to do this may incur taxes, which will be the customer’s responsibility to pay to your shipper.
 

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange your item/s, subject to stock availability we will exchange eligible items that are returned to us as fast as possible. They must be in the original condition, with all tags remaining in place and in the original packaging. We cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. We cover shipping for exchange items please email contact@geegeecollection.com to be issues with a return label. Where we cannot exchange, we will offer a full refund upon receipt of the item in its original condition.

FAULTY GOODS

At GeeGee Collection we take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for faults before dispatching. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been followed. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us about the fault.
